Shipping Policy
At Motion Marine Customs, we live by one motto: "We Treat You Better." We know you’re excited to get your custom gear on the water, so we strive to make our shipping and production process as transparent as possible.
1. Custom Production & Processing Times
Because many of our products (including EVA Foam Decking, Speaker Shells, and Cooler Toppers) are custom-made to your specifications, our timeline is divided into two phases:

Art Proof Approval: For all custom orders, you will receive a digital art proof via email or text. Production does not begin until you formally approve this proof. * Production Lead Time: Once approved, your order moves into our CNC/Laser production queue. Lead times vary by season and project complexity, typically ranging from 1-10 business days.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Non-custom items (like merch or in-stock accessories) typically ship within 1–3 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via UPS or USPS.

Expedited Shipping: Faster transit options are available at checkout (note: this does not speed up the production time of custom foam).

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $70.
3. Local Pickup (Warner Robins, GA)
If you are in Middle Georgia, skip the shipping fees! You can choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.

Location: 12102 Hawkinsville Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31093.

Notification: We will send you an email or text when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
4. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses.

International: We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearances, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Damages & Shipping Issues
Motion Marine Customs is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be happy.

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at sales@motionmarinecustoms.com.

Please include photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
