HOW WE DO IT
PICK YOUR DESIGN
Once you have an idea on what designs, colors, and coverage you are wanting, we can begin the order process.
You can either order online directly from our website, or you can order by texting or calling us (478-225-3707)
Don't worry if you don't know exactly what design or color you want - when ordering custom foam, you can make changes until the moment you give us the final "YES" for production.
ART PROOFING / PROOF REVISIONS
Once you place your custom order, you will be added to our art proof schedule. Here, our graphic designers will take your order and bring it to life. Then, we will send you an art proof to your email address or cell phone number.
From there, you will have a chance to make changes or approve the artwork. This is where we nail down any of the final details. And don't worry about making 'too many changes'... at Motion Marine Customs, there is NO SUCH THING!
**We won't manufacture your custom order until you are 100% satisfied with the art proof and we have your written approval.**
Inital art proofs can come 1-10 business days from the date of your paid invoice. For the most accurate timelines, check the banner at the top of our website or call 478-225-3707 for an accurate timeline estimate.
APPROVAL
Once you approve the design, we will begin production of your custom foam. Foam production can take 1-4 business days from the date you approve the proof, depending on how detailed the design is.
SHIPPING
Once the order has been manufactured, we will ship your order. Most times we use UPS or USPS to ship our foam. We are located in Warner Robins, GA, so shipping times depend on how far away you are from our store.
If you need your order before a certain date, please call / text 478-225-3707 OR email us at sales@motionmarinecustoms.com so we can add that date to your order notes.
