HOW WE DO IT
IT ALL STARTED WITH AN IDEA
In 2024, we realized we wanted to do more than just boats. We were searching for new ideas on a daily basis, and cutting more cooler toppers than you can imagine. One day, a good customer of ours, Riley, walked in our front door and sat a Turtlebox down.
He had the idea of putting OUR FOAM on WATERPROOF SPEAKERS. We decided to call them Turtlebox Shells, named our first design "The Riley", and the rest is history.
HOW DID YOU GET HERE?
So, how did you find us?
After Riley left our shop, we immediately got to work. We knew that customers needed more design ideas, more options, and more colors. But most importantly, they needed to know US. Who we are, what we do, and what EVA foam even is. We started stocking our foam inventory, posting on social media, educating our customers, and calling local retailers to get our shells in their stores.
and now here you are, reading this process page, just over a simple idea and a lot of hard work.
WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT
We pride ourselves on several things, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is our number one priority.
We want to make it EASY and FUN when you order from Motion Marine Customs. We wanted to customize our ordering process the same way we customize your foam.
We offer several different ways for you to get in touch with us, including options to text us, call us, email us, stop by our store, message us on socials, and fill out contact forms on our website.
BEHIND THE SCENES
After your custom order is placed, you will receive a graphic design art proof to the email address you provided in the checkout section. We will show you exactly how your foam will look after it is cut! FCheck out the example to the right. Our art proofs are tailored to your exact order.
From there, you will have a chance to make changes or approve. This is where we nail down any of the final details. And don't worry about making 'too many changes'... at Motion Marine Customs, there is NO SUCH THING!
We won't manufacture your order until you are 100% satisfied with the art proof.
Once we have your final approval, we cut and ship your custom order! As always, free shipping on orders $70+
